Describe your journey so far at VerityStream:

My time at VerityStream has been quite the adventure so far! I have been in the Training department from the start and have since been promoted to a senior role. In this position I find myself taking on bigger projects and collaborating more frequently with other departments. The collaboration and feedback that my team and I provide helps better the product and internal processes, and I find great satisfaction in that.

What do you think is important for a candidate to know about career development at VerityStream?

You need to be vocal about your goals and people will help you get there. I check in with my manager regularly to talk about future career paths and she is always willing to work with me to make my visions a reality. Internal growth within the company is encouraged and very common at VerityStream.

What is the accomplishment you are most proud of (work or non work)?

Every completed implementation is an accomplishment. It’s exciting to see how much a client grows from the start to the end of a project. Aside from that, I am very proud to have led a company-wide fitness challenge during quarantine. Every office across the country participated in a virtual fitness challenge. The amount of people who participated and the comradery I experienced during it all made me extremely proud to be a part of this company.
