Employee Spotlight on Jordan Hickle

We are proud to introduce another one of our awesome VerityStream employees who was recently promoted and shared their journey as a vStreamer. At VerityStream, we celebrate our employees accomplishments and would like to share with you their hard work as you learn more about the roles and career paths we have at VerityStream!

Describe your journey so far at VerityStream:

I joined VerityStream on the customer service team in the very beginning. From the start, our team was able to assist coworkers from other teams with projects they were working on. This gave us a great insight into other roles, made great connections across the company and really cemented us new-comers as part of the family. By working with other teams, I found the more technical teams were where I wanted to move to next. Currently, I am on the Technical Services team.

What do you think is important for a candidate to know about career development at VerityStream?

At VerityStream, there is an abundance of knowledge-sharing and teamwork throughout the company. There are often projects that will require learning and performing tasks that other teams may typically be primarily responsible for. This gives great exposure to different roles, career paths and really connects you with the individuals on other teams who are happy to share their knowledge and experiences with you.

What is the accomplishment you are most proud of (work or non work)?

At VerityStream, I am most proud of being able to show my skills and work ethic and have that rewarded by earning a position on a new team. It’s great to feel noticed, appreciated and rewarded for my hard work. I’m proud to work for a company that values the experience of both the customers and their employees, and really shows their support for employee development and individual success.
